Portfolio Management
We employ a disciplined, collaborative, five-step process to build and manage our clients’ investment portfolios:
Step 1
Identify and research key economic, demographic and investment themes.
Step 2
Determine the asset classes and securities we can use to take advantage of our key themes - Including alternative investments for diversification from traditional stock and bond markets
Step 3
Apply the concepts of Modern Portfolio Theory to develop an appropriate mix of asset classes.
Step 4
Create a customized portfolio based on these results and in coordination with your individual goals, objectives, time horizon and risk tolerance.
Step 5
Continually review in the context of real-time macroeconomic factors and make adjustments as appropriate.
In order to accomplish the above goals we draw on several different resources. The professionals of Kindred Wealth Partners Group collectively discuss medium to long-term themes such as demographic shifts, long-term trends for interest rates and inflation, etc. and determine our investment priorities and asset classes we believe should be considered for the portfolio.
In addition to the abundance of resources available to us from our affiliation with Kestra Private Wealth Services, our ability to research and develop our clients’ portfolios is greatly enhanced by our access to the institutional analytics technology and capital markets teams from outside managers. We feel very fortunate to have access to these resources which are typically only available to large pension plans, other institutions, and a select few wealth management teams around the country.
