Estate and Trust Planning

As part of our initial planning process, we will be sure to not only understand your goals and wishes for your lifetime, but also how you would like to preserve and pass along your wealth.  We then work hand-in-hand with your estate planning attorney to implement the correct strategies to achieve your goals, from construction and documentation through to funding.

In conjunction with our tax planning services, we will implement the appropriate gifting strategies in an effort to control overall estate taxes, both for you and eventually for your heirs.

Should a trust be a recommended estate planning strategy, there are a plethora of different trust options available to you.  We will help you understand the different properties of each type of trust, ultimately select the trust best suited to meet your needs, and assist you with implementing that selection.

We will help you to select a trustee from the broad array available to you, and serve as your liaison to help them complete their regulatory and fiduciary obligations.
